My client in the London, is seeking experienced Town Planning Officer who is looking to work in Strategic Applications Team, for an initial period of 6 months.
 
The hiring manager is looking for you to support the majors team, someone who can deal with discharges of conditions associated with some of the larger scale major sites. The role may also involve working on associated non-material amendments and s73 applications.
There is the potential for you to move on to being the case officer for major applications in due course. Ideally, you will have some UK experience but similar experience overseas would be considered.
 
This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, generally 2 days per week in the office is required.
Two days a week in the office (Monday and Wednesday usually) are required.
 
To be suitable for this role you must have experience as a Town Planning Officer.
