A well established AJ100 firm in North London are looking to expand their diverse Architecture team with an experienced Senior Architect. With projects spanning from life science, commercial, education and residential, you will be sure to work on an exciting range of projects across the world across the RIBA plan of work.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine design concepts for mixed-use developments.
·Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
·Ensure designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
·Engage in client consultations, presenting design proposals and incorporating feedback.
·Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
·Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mixed-use design.
Qualifications and Requirements:
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
·Proven experience in designing and managing mixed-use projects.
·Strong Revit experience is essential, along with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
·Strong conceptual and design skills with an ability to translate ideas into tangible outcomes.
·Excellent communication and presentation skills.
·Understanding of sustainable design principles and experience integrating them into projects.
·ARB Registration is preferred but not essential
