We are seeking fully qualified dual fuel engineers to join the team as a Revenue Protection Officer on a permanent basis.

RPO experience desired but full training for Dual Fuel Engineers will be provided!

The Revenue Protection Officer plays a crucial role in investigating, detecting, and deterring instances of Gas Theft and Electricity Abstraction by Residential or Business customers.

Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of installations, collaborating with relevant suppliers to determine further actions, collecting evidence, and furnishing all necessary information to the client for subsequent actions.

In addition to these tasks, a Revenue Protection Officer may engage in debt recovery work, encompassing initial visits for account resolution, executing rights of entry warrants, and performing metering work such as installing SMART Paygo meters or de-energizing/disconnecting the supply.
