Job Title: Residential Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Oxford
Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week
Working Environment: Flexible, Hybrid
We are recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor with residential experience to join our client's dynamic team in their Oxford office.
In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across various projects while upholding the practice's high standards and adhering to the RICS code of ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting building surveys and producing detailed reports.
- Managing contract administration and overseeing refurbishment projects.
- Handling Party Wall matters and providing Building Pathology reports.
- Carrying out Reinstatement Cost Assessments and capital expenditure planning.
- Writing specifications for various projects.
- Geographical area - London.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualified.
- Proven experience conducting building surveys on residential properties.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Enthusiastic, client-facing, with strong interpersonal and business development skills.
- Strong verbal and numerical abilities, with excellent report writing skills.
Package:
- £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience).
