Contract Rate: £400-425/day Outside IR35
 
Location: Remote Working
 
Contract Length: 12 months - rolling contract.
 
Work Expectations: 3 days a week.
 
Role Details:
My client is a railway signalling specialist looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
 
For this role, you will be responsible for managing NEC3 contracts, as well as helping develop Quantity Surveyors within the team. This is a part-time role, and would have the expectation of 2/3 days a week working.
 
Essential:
·Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience on railway systems projects.
·Experience with NEC3 contracts.
 
Preferred:
·Experience within the Signalling Discipline.
