Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on railway infrastructure projects and experience within railway signalling?
 
This is an amazing opportunity to work for an industry leading tier 1 contractor as a Project Quantity Surveyor, working on an exciting signalling maintenance depot framework within London.
 
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE
Location: North West London

Within this role, you will be guided by the Operations team, reporting into the Commercial Manager and Operations Manager, working on an existing signalling maintenance depot framework within London. You will be responsible for compiling prices, carrying out sub contractor procurement, and challenging costs. A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience within a similar role is required.
 
Requirements:
·Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred.
·Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
·Experience working with main-contractors or sub-contractors is desired.
·Experience working on railway infrastructure projects.
