Are you a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in highways and structures? Our client, a leading Highways Contractor, is seeking an experienced professional to oversee key infrastructure projects in the eastern region of the UK.
As the Freelance Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects involving highways structures, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of the region's critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
·Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of highways structures projects.
·Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
·Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules to meet project objectives.
·Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
·Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout.
·Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues effectively as they arise.
·Produce accurate progress reports and documentation.

Requirements
·Proven experience in Project Management within the highways and structures sector.
·Strong knowledge of highways structures, including bridges and retaining walls.
·Excellent leadership and communication skills.
·Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
·Familiarity with relevant industry standards, contracts, and best practices.
·Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the eastern region.
·A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Project Management is desirable.
