The Role


They are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning for high-value water sector projects. This position will require you to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations through effective project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities


·Lead the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of water projects.
·Oversee project compliance by working closely with other Project Managers and Engineers.
·Collaborate with functional and discipline managers to plan and allocate resources.
·Communicate effectively to negotiate and approve contract variations with clients and internal teams.
·Manage project planning, cost control, change control, handover, and acceptance to meet contractual terms.
·Produce and maintain the Project Delivery Plan, addressing all environmental, Health & Safety, and mitigation measures.
·Support the Site Manager in maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed


·Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing water or wastewater design and build projects.
·Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
·Familiarity with the NEC suite of contracts.
·Proven ability to organize and lead teams within joint ventures.
·A visible leader with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering quality, timely, and cost-effective results.
