Project Manager
 
Our client, a leading provider of Highways term maintenance services nationwide, is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join their Buckinghamshire based teams on a long-term contract basis.
 
Role Summary:
 
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of capital projects and managing customer relationships, and exceeding expectations.
 
Duties and responsibilities:
 
·To work with team members to deliver capital funded maintenance and improvement projects at the required quality and to budget, together with delivery of the communication and consultation requirements of the scheme.
·To coordinate and integrate resources to deliver a project or programme, utilising internal staff, shareholder resources, external consultants, and contractors as required.
·Liaison with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, where necessary.
·Liaise with other team members associated with the allocated schemes.
·Ensure the design complies with the specification and agreed programme.
·Provide guidance and assistance to junior members of the team.
·Ensure the sustainability targets are achieved.
·Leadership skills necessary to direct and manage the project team.
