Role: Planning Technician

Do you want to work for a highly motivated planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service? Carrington West are assisting their client based in Warwickshire in their search for a Planning Technician to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
·Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
·Conducting research on planning policies and regulations.
·Collaborating with project teams to gather data and information for planning reports.
·Assisting in the coordination of project schedules and milestones.
·Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders as necessary.
·Contributing to the development of planning strategies and solutions.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
·A minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar planning role.
·Strong knowledge of UK planning policies and regulations.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Proficiency in using planning software and Microsoft Office applications.
·Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
·A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
