Job Title: Town Planning Director

Salary: from £70,000 DOE

Location: Buckinghamshire

We are assisting a leading private consultancy in Buckinghamshire who are looking to grow their planning team and take on an additional town planning director or associate director to come in and help grow the company even further. They focus on a whole range of projects including permitted developments, residential, commercial, mixed-use plus more so someone who has a skills across the board would be a great asset to this team!

Bringing a client base is not essential to come in as an Associate Director, however if you are looking for a director role, a client base of some level that you can bring along to help generate further work will be required.

Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives.
·Lead project teams from inception to completion.
·Build and maintain client relationships.
·Mentor and develop the more junior team members.
·Ensure compliance with planning regulations.

Qualifications:
·Minimum 8 years of planning experience within a private consultancy
·Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
·Experience of fee earning (for director level)
·RTPI Chartered Membership.
