Infrastructue Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Manager to come and join a local authority in the South West.
 
In this role you will:
·Lead on the delivery of the Council's Gigabit Fibre installation contract(s), including the Council's own fibre 'core' network (estimated £5m) and fibre network for the Boscombe Towns Fund.
·Digital Connectivity Project (estimated £0.5m).
·Developing Smart Place infrastructure delivery programmes.
·Overseeing the design of the gigabit fibre networks and associated Smart Place connectivity infrastructure.
·Ensuring that the Council's CDM legal obligations are met.
·Complying with all legal and other requirements for works being undertaken, including road noticing and permitting obligations.
·Producing contract documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, design drawings, CDM documentation.
