Are you an experienced Highway Enquiries and Claims Officer looking for a new challenge?

An opportunity has arisen for an Enquiries and Claims Officer with experience in managing insurance claims to join a clients busy and growing team in Northamptonshire.
 
This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £12.49 per hour PAYE.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
·The post holder will support the team to manage insurance claims and provide information on general highway issues to customers, including local Members and MPs, through the website and correspondence.
·Work with the Insurance Team to develop and maintain an efficient process for handling enquiries and claims.  
·To support the highways team in responding to Freedom of Information requests and formal complaints.
·To provide office administrative support for the Highways offices to manage office supplies and general office functions.
·To support the management of the highway website, ensuring that the content is up to date.

Previous experience in Highways is essential for this role. Carrington West are also looking for Highway Inspectors and Technicians across the South of UK - please get in touch to find out more.
