Package
£90k - £100k for full time 37 hours working week. Flexible working and part-time considerations.
Package includes good pension benefit, flexitime around core hours, and generous holiday allowances.
 
Role
Lead, manage and oversee all aspects of Property Services' operational delivery at the council. The post-holder will be responsible for an award-winning multi-disciplinary Property Services team - one of the largest in-house property functions in local government - including design, integrated facilities management, estates, technical standards, frameworks and contracts, and pipeline and programmes functions.
The post-holder will be directly responsible for over 400 staff, work collaboratively with a series of delivery partners, and oversee an annual budget of circa £70m.
 
Candidates will ideally have: -
·Significant experience at commensurate level, managing teams delivering major works, estate and asset management and building safety at comparative scale.
·Leading and managing change and change in working culture.
·Experience of managing and performance managing staff within Local Authority/ALMOs.
