Job Title: Graduate Highway Safety Advisor  
Location: Oldbury, West Midlands (with travel to main sites)  
Salary: Up to £35,000

Job Responsibilities:
 
As a Graduate Highway Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our teams involved in concrete structures, bridge repairs, and various construction activities. Your responsibilities will include:
 
- Offering expert guidance on safety practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
 
- Assisting in site inspections to identify and address safety concerns promptly.
 
- Developing practical experience in implementing safety procedures on motorways and highways.
 
- Actively participating in safety training and development programs to enhance your expertise.

Experience & Knowledge:
 
To be considered for this role, candidates should ideally possess:
 
- No require for sponsorship and not working on a graduate visa
 
- A strong desire to kick start or advance their career in safety, with a keen focus on gaining valuable site experience.
 
- Some prior experience in construction or a background in construction-related studies is a bonus but not essential
 
- Bonus points for those who have worked on motorways and highways.
 
- A positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine passion for ensuring safety in the workplace.
