About the Role:
·Work on reactive and planned maintenance projects, conducting surveys and identifying defects.
·Provide recommendations for repair and improvement, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions.
·Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on technical projects.
·Gain exposure to multidisciplinary consultancy work, supporting various teams across the council.
 
Requirements:
·UK Resident
·Previous social housing sector experience
·A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
·Strong technical knowledge and a desire to develop your skills in building surveying.
·Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and project management software (preferred).
