About the Role:
Join the Private Housing Solutions Team at Enfield Council, where you'll ensure properties in the Housing Gateway Ltd and Enfield Let portfolios meet all statutory and licensing requirements. You'll manage compliance for gas, electrical, fire safety, and more, liaising with contractors, tenants, and freeholders to arrange inspections and renewals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Electrical & Gas Safety Testing
·Fire Safety & Property Inspections
·Landlord license & EPC renewals
·Water Safety & Asbestos Surveys
 
What You Need:
·Minimum 2 years' experience within a compliance role in the public sector
·UK resident
·Experience with Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
·Ability to work in the office 2 days/week
