My client is seeking a commercial manager with extensive NEC and JCT experience. You will be expected to have had a great deal of pre-contract experience on major aviation projects, ideally for a client or consultancy.
This consultancy will reward the right candidate with a transparent, competitive progression scheme and the opportunity to lead on a range of exciting projects.

Requirements:

• Pre-contract experience (such as tendering, cost planning, and risk management)
• Consultancy or clientside experience.
• NEC experience
• JCT experience
• Previous experience on major aviation projects
• RICS or CIPS Chartership preferred.
