✔️ Evidencing regulatory compliance throughout project stages
Projects you'll be working on include office fit-outs for NatWest, school refurbishments and new builds for the Department for Education, prison projects for the Ministry of Justice, and nuclear fusion buildings for UK Atomic Energy Authority - a diverse mix of small to large-scale developments.
About You:

✅ Class 2-4 accreditation (MCABE preferred) - but we're open to more junior candidates looking to develop
✅ 3-5+ years' experience in building control, with an understanding of the Principal Designer role
✅ Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance processes
✅ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
✅ Enthusiasm for developing and growing this service line within the business
Why Join Us?
