Job description
Are you a BIM Manager with experience working on large scale infrastructure projects?
Have you got experience using software such as Bentley systems or Project wise?
Salary: £57,312- £84,125 Dependent on location
Location: London or Birmingham
Hybrid: 2-3 days in office with 2 days from home
This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly for the client on the biggest ongoing infrastructure project in Europe.
You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, assuring their work within the agreed contracts. The ideal candidate will be confident and outgoing as this is a people facing role and a big part of this role is contractor management.
Candidates with previous experience on rail systems projects including telecoms, track, signalling, power or OLE are highly desirable. Alternatively candidates can come from systems projects working in backgrounds, such as highways, nuclear or defence sectors. Those coming from a mixture of contractor, client and consultancy background are ideal.
This is a BIM Manager role so experience with Bentley systems and Project wise is necessary, as well as any other similar software.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to travel to different site and office locations due to the nature of the role.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a BIM Management position
- Major infrastructure project experience in engineering systems telecoms, track, signalling, power or OLE.
- Railway experience highly preferred, highways, nuclear or defence sectors also acceptable.
- Experience using ProjectWise or Bentley Systems
- Knowledge of ISO19650
Desirable:
- Previous rail systems experience
- Familiarity of NEC contracts
