A global Interior Architecture firm in London is looking to expand the Senior Leadership team with a well seasoned commercial workplace Interior Designer. A firm best known for their stamp on innovative and sustainable projects with hugeTech/finance global names; you can be sure you will be working on some of the best projects London has to offer.


Position Overview:
As a Senior Associate Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading design projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop creative and functional design solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and mentor a team of passionate designers in a collaborative and dynamic environment. You will also get the opportunity to network with other offices and travel to the US.


Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and project timelines.
·Develop innovative design concepts and present them to clients with confidence and clarity.
·Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate design solutions.
·Oversee the selection of materials, furniture, and finishes, ensuring quality and sustainability.
·Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
·Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
·Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies.


Qualifications:
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
·Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading commercial workplace projects. (Large scale project experience will be hugely beneficial)
·Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and successful project outcomes.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
·Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
