My client who are a well respected, London based, specialist Geotechnical Engineering consultancy are looking for an Associate / Director level Geotechnical Engineer to join their team.
 
Candidate criteria:
·Industry recognised leader in the field of ground engineering consultancy.
·Strong academic background in civil engineering and ground engineering.
·High level of technical ability and driven by technical excellence.
·Experience across sectors (urban development and infrastructure).
·Full life-cycle project experience (from concept to detailed design delivery).
·Proven team leadership and mentoring ability.
·Strong communication skills.
·Entrepreneurial mindset with high level of BD acumen.
 
Role:
·Stepping into team leadership and group management role. 
·Strategic practice steer alongside other directors.
·Contributing towards practice vision and culture.
·Support with overall business coordination. 
·Client engagement and relationship management. 
·Business development drive.
·Project direction on UK and international schemes, within the greatest project portfolio in the industry.
·Day-to-day technical direction and leadership.
·Supporting other initiatives across the business (including but not limited to geo-environmental discipline, geotechnical/contam/structural investigation, maritime consultancy and monitoring & instrumentation).
 
Primarily office based role in central London.
