​Martha is an experienced recruitment consultant working within the housing services sector. She recruits nationwide for contract, public sector opportunities. She enjoys building lasting relationships with candidates and clients offering assistance and advice throughout the recruitment process.

Before joining Carrington West, Martha worked in commercial, permanent recruitment across the South Coast. She uses her strong communication skills and high levels of attention to detail to provide the best, efficient service to her clients and candidates alike. 

Outside of work, Martha keeps busy by parenting, getting outdoors hiking and lifting weights at the gym.
