​Kirsty is an Executive Coach and Development Specialist at Carrington West, empowering leaders and emerging talent to achieve their full potential. She designs and delivers tailored coaching and leadership programs while enhancing our award-winning learning and development initiatives to support both new and existing teams. Kirsty’s focus is on driving individual and team growth, improving career progression, and aligning development strategies with business goals.

As a full-time working mum of 2 (and a fluffy dog!) with over 18 years of experience in the recruitment sector, Kirsty brings a wealth of expertise across 360 consulting and senior account management. Her career began as a Consultant, progressing to managing one of the largest defence accounts at a corporate PLC and later transitioning to SME management. This journey has given her a comprehensive understanding of recruitment at all levels, enabling her to deliver value to clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.

Kirsty is also a member of the Institute of Management, qualified to Level 5 in Operations Management and winner of Higher Apprentice of the year in 2024. She has completed in the Great South Run a few times for charity and also enjoys time with family and friends as much as possible.
