​Jay is a Senior Consultant in the highways, transport & infrastructure division.

He works with clients and candidates across the UK in the highways construction and delivery sector, operating in a highly dynamic environment. Jay’s specialism is in the sourcing of high-quality site and commercial staff to support contractors in the sector, whose projects will range from small maintenance schemes to multi-million-pound major projects. Jay prides himself on being highly organised, efficient, and honest; skills which make him the recruiter of choice for his customers. Jay holds a degree in financial management from the University of Portsmouth, and is REC certified.

In his spare time Jay likes to go to the gym, socialise with friends and spend time with his family.
