Harriet is a Lead Consultant in the highways, transport & infrastructure team. She joined Carrington West as an associate consultant, with the specific role of developing and improving the team’s candidate care offering, supporting all candidates within the sector by helping match them with their ideal role in locations nationwide. As she has progressed her career, Harriet’s remit now covers client service as well as continuing to support candidates working within public sector organisations across the UK.

Harriet works on a mixed portfolio of small, medium and large organisations with specific experience on working with technicians, engineers, site supervisors / agents, inspectors, clerk of works, modellers, project managers and senior executives on both a contract and permanent basis.

Prior to joining Carrington West Harriet held customer service focused sales roles where she developed her excellent communication skills and her ability to solve problems quickly. When not at work, Harriet spends her spare time keeping fit and socialising with friends and family.
