Gavin has worked as a finance professional for over 20 years, in both practice and industry, across a range of sectors include FMCG, property, classified advertising, farming, retail and recruitment.
Serving as the Finance Director at Carrington West since 2017, Gavin has overall responsibility for the finance, HR and compliance/legal departments and has helped to facilitate the fantastic growth the company has achieved over the last few years whilst building an efficient and effective support service function.
Gavin is FCA qualified and holds a BA (Hons). When not at work Gavin enjoys spending time with his family, walking the South Downs and going for the occasional bike ride.
