Emily is the Head of HR and is responsible for all HR initiatives in the business, including employee engagement, learning & development, recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee relations and employee wellbeing. She has extensive experience in a HR capacity within the recruitment industry, including internal recruitment, managing end to end HR processes, and running HR projects, such as implementation of Learning Management Systems and training programmes.

Emily graduated in 2015 with a BSc in Psychology and since achieved her CIPD Level 7 and an MSc in Human Resource Management at Portsmouth University, to further her expertise in employee motivation and organisational psychology. Since joining, Emily has contributed to our award success in Investors In People Platinum accreditation and Employer of the Year 2022, Sunday Times' Best Places to Work 2023, and many more. In 2023, she was invited to speak at the Investors In People's 'Make Work Better' Conference, contributing to a panel on family friendly workplaces. Emily was announced as the winner of the Investors In People Awards' HR Person of the Year 2023.

In her spare time, Emily likes to strength train and drink sauvignon blanc – though not usually at the same time.
