​Ellie is a Compliance Coordinator in our compliance team. She is responsible for all compliance including carrying out internal and external audits, gathering sector specific compliance for candidates prior to them commencing a role, reference checking, keeping relevant legislations updated, raising contracts and documentation control. Before joining Carrington West, Ellie was manager at Pandora in Fareham. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing her Nintendo Switch and spending time with her mum and friends.
