Ella is the Compliance and Business Support Manager and ED&I Champion. She has ten years’ experience in quality and compliance management in a technical recruitment environment. Her role includes managing the compliance team, keeping abreast of relevant legislation, contracts and documentation control; managing the compliance team function; ensuring Carrington West remain certified in all industry relevant accreditations such as ISO, RISQs, and Achilles. The team she manages has overall responsibility for ongoing compliance risk management, coordinating and participating in regulatory audits and inspections, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance-related projects and initiatives.
Ella is the in-house ED&I champion for Carrington West, advocating for and embedding ED&I within all our processes, and promoting our reputation as an inclusive employer. She is passionate about educating our consultants so they can best serve our clients and candidates. Ella is a FIR Ambassador (fairness, inclusion & respect) for the construction and built environment sector.
