​Charlie is an Associate Consultant, supporting the team with searching for highly skilled professionals within the highways, transportation and infrastructure sector and placing them into regional local authorities.

Prior to working at Carrington West, Charlie developed strong communication skills whilst working at a call centre.

In his spare time, Charlie plays football three times a week and often socialises with friends and family.
