​Alesha is a Compliance Coordinator in our compliance team. She is responsible for all compliance, including carrying out internal and external audits, gathering sector specific compliance for candidates prior to them commencing a role, reference checking, keeping relevant legislation updated, raising contracts and documentation control.  

Before Carrington West, Alesha worked in the Business and Operations Team for the University of Portsmouth in the Sport and Recreation Department.

Outside of work, Alesha continues to Coach the University of Portsmouth Swimming Team and enjoys going to music gigs.
