Job description
Are you a system safety expert with rail experience?
Do you have experience of delivering rail safety assurance throughout the entire project lifecycle?
Salary: circa £50,000 to £70,000 (flexible based on level of experience)
Manchester: 3 days per week in client office, remainder from home.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Common Safety Methods (CSM), including previous interaction with AsBo/NeBo and experience of orchestrating HAZID workshops.
- Previous experience of carrying out risk assessments in accordance with CSM on large rail projects.
- Produce and review system architecture drawings
- This role will include the safety assurance of railway systems. You will be involved in the complete life cycle of the project, from design to construction.
- Substantial railway experience.
- Familiarity with Network Rail engineering standards.
- Experience of risk assessments to Common Safety Methods
- Previous interfacing with AsBo/Nebo
- Familiarity with PACE
- DPE experience beneficial
- Produce PRAMS Plans & Report, and Maintenance Readiness Plans/Reports.
- Produce and review DRACAS reports.
