Job Opportunity: Site Agent
Location: Rugby
Salary: Up to £60,000 p/a plus package

Join a leading construction and civil engineering company with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile projects across various sectors. As part of the Severn Trent Water Framework team, you'll be contributing to the Green Recovery programme in Warwickshire. If you're an experienced Site Agent with a deep understanding of drainage works, temporary works, and underground utilities, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee the planning, programming, and resourcing of projects.
·Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental best practices.
·Manage contract budgets, target programmes, and site cost control.
·Deliver high-quality construction in busy highway environments, liaising with stakeholders and the public.
·Lead the site team, subcontractors, and operatives for smooth project execution.
·Maintain accurate project records, ensuring they are archived properly.
·Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
·Coordinate inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

What You'll Need:
·HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or similar (preferred).
·CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 6) or Gold Card (minimum).
·SMSTS (5-day course) and full 3-day First Aid certification.
·NRSWA - Supervisor certification (essential).
·Temporary Works Coordinator (essential).
·Additional qualifications like Confined Space Training and Lifting Appointed Person are advantageous.
