Immediate requirement for an highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join a team for 3-4 months contract on a Local Authority Scheme in Derby.

As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly and meets all quality, safety, and environmental standards. You will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our project, leveraging your extensive experience in deep drainage and highway works.

This role is paying Outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:
·Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
·Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members to ensure timely and efficient project progression.
·Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
·Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to on site.
·Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports.
·Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:
·Proven experience in deep drainage and highway construction.
·Technical competencies including Temporary Works Coordination (TWC).
·Certification in First Aid at Work.
·Valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
·Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification.
·National Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) Supervisor accreditation.
