Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
 
My client is requiring a very experienced Town Planner at Senior Level, within their Development Management Team to assist them and 'hit the ground running'.
 
This will be focusing on a case load of mixed applications including minors, some small majors, and related applications, including pre-application submissions across the borough.
 
A Hybrid working arrangement is in place, ideally you will be in the office for 2 days per week.
 
The role is initially out for a 3month period, however it is strongly believed that this role with continue for a significant period of time, 12 months +
 
To be successful in this position you MUST BE:
·A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
