Are you a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer looking to join an award-winning consultancy in their London office.

The successful senior structural engineer will be joining an international consultancy who are well established within a wide range of sectors working on projects both in the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of various structural projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings
• Oversee the work of junior engineers and provide mentorship and guidance
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Participate in the preparation/presentation of proposals/bids as required including estimating timescales and costs for proposed works
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements

• BEng/MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years' experience
• Chartered or working towards chartered status with ICE or IStructE
• Experience working towards British standards on Eurocodes
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
