Senior Project Manager - Major Infrastructure
Location: Norfolk
Salary: £85,000-£95,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage major infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
·Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget management.
·Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
·Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals.
·Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
·Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
·Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
·Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the project team.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
·PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
·Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
·Proven track record of successfully delivering major infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
·Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management software, and industry best practices.
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
