Role Details:
My client is railway MEP Contractor looking for an additional M&E Planner to support works across various routes on HS2.
 
For this role you will be responsible for managing various MEP assets at both design and construction stage, managing the full P6 planning cycle end to end.
 
A background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is essential for this role.
 
Responsibilities:
·Assist in the preparation of schedule data for contracts.
·Work with the Contracts Managers to determine schedule rates for work activities and milestones to support project schedule.
·Establish work sequence and activity durations for assigned projects.
·Attend programme & progress meetings with Client.
·Review and analyse the supplier's schedules submitted.
·Familiar with Earned Value, Resourcing & progressing techniques.
·Preparation of Project Changes, Budget allocations.
 
Essential:
·M&E P6 Planner with experience on railway infrastructure projects.
·Contractor-side experience.
·5  Years Experience of using Primavera P6
 
Preferred:
·Understanding of Planning and NEC Contracts
·Experience Leading a Team
