Role: Senior Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Glasgow (Stepps or Cumbernauld)
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience + car/car allowance
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer having worked on clean and/or waste water projects?

My client, a contractor on multiple Water frameworks in the UK, is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their well-established design team working on AMP8 projects for Scottish Water. The programme of works with Scottish Water delivers a diverse range of design & construction projects including the replacement of MEICA equipment, associated civil engineering works, specialist control & automation, SCADA and telemetry works.
You will work primarily on water & wastewater M&E capital maintenance and growth projects.
Your role will involve attending design review and progress meetings, producing electrical schematic diagrams, adhering to quality procedures and producing engineering reports & feasibility studies.
The ideal candidate will:
·Have experience as an Electrical Design Engineer in the water or waste water sector
·Degree or equivalent qualification
