Are you a Compliance and Voids Manager looking for an exciting new full-time role within a well-supported and flexible Local Authority?
We have a great opportunity to join our Client's Property Asset Management team within Hampshire with hybrid working.
Package
£63,902 p/a for full time 37 hours working week, as well as 10% market supplement. And £5k bonus after 2 years of employment.

Role
Lead the re-procurement of the major repairs and maintenance contract, focusing on future service improvements and carbon reduction initiatives. This high-profile role involves managing a compliant, responsive repairs service, meeting performance targets through effective contract management, and overseeing maintenance contracts with expertise in schedules of rates and contractor claims.
Drive the digital transformation of the responsive repairs service, ensuring data is effectively utilised to enhance the housing repairs service.
Demonstrate strong staff management skills, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver exceptional, customer-focused services.
This challenging and rewarding role is crucial for improving customer service delivery, with a salary enhancement package available for exceptional candidates.
Candidates MUST have all:
·UK resident
·Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
·Membership of relevant professional body - MRICS or MCIOB
·Track record of management at a Senior level within the public sector
·Sufficient knowledge and experience of applying the legislation, guidelines, regulations, codes of practice and industry standards to the key areas of responsibility to build credibility with staff and members.
