I am working closely with my LPA client based in the South-West as they seek an interim Principal DM Planning Officer on an initial 3-month contract.
 
This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work on an interesting case-load of major applications whilst also taking on some sign-off responsibilities for junior staff. Unit sizes for your applications will range anywhere between 10-100 units.
 
This role is remote-based, with council IT provided, and site visits / office presence on a very flexible basis - approx. every 3-4 weeks.
