Job Title: Planner
 
Location: Manchester, UK
 
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum
 
My client are a major player in the civil engineering field and operate on a significant number of frameworks and with high profile clients. Due to continued company success, they are looking for a Planner from a highways and site engineering background to join the team in Manchester.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Planner:
·Liaise with operational, pre-construction and design teams
·Plan and co-ordinate highways projects
·Track contract progress
·Adjust programmes when necessary
·Carry out critical path identification
·Evaluate budgets and schedules
 
Key Requirements of the Planner:
·Experience within a Planner role is essential
·An operational/site background is essential
·Experience in highways and infrastructure sector
·Able to utilise P6
·Strong understanding of NEC contracts
·Excellent communication skills
 
Package of the Planner:
·Competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000 per annum
