Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE
Location: Hemel Hemstead + hybrid working

Responsibilities:
·Early warnings
·Change request notes
·Applications for payment
·Measurements of works
·Take offs from designs
·Chasing payments
·Answering technical finance queries
·Variation orders
·Periodic travel to site/meetings
 
Requirements:
·Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
·Minimum 1 years experience in Quantity Surveying role
·Experience working on rail projects, preferably with a Principle Contractor as the client
·Experience working on NEC4, NEC3 or JCT contracts
·Full drivers license
