Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Earthworks Foreman for a long-term highways project in St Neots paying OUTSIDE IR35. This is a long term Contract position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in earthworks, particularly in working with large equipment, and possess the necessary certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

·Supervise and manage earthworks activities on highways projects, ensuring all work meets high standards and project timelines.
·Operate and oversee the use of large equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
·Coordinate and lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support.
·Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
·Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
·Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment used, and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

·Valid CSCS card.
·SMSTS certification.
·First Aid certification.
·Extensive experience in earthworks and highways projects.
·Proven experience in operating and managing large equipment.
·Strong leadership and communication skills.
·Ability to work flexible hours, including potential weekend work.
·Immediate availability for the contract duration.
