Job Description: We are urgently seeking an experienced Earthworks Agent for a project in Gloucestershire. This is an 18-month contract position offering a daily rate of £400 (outside IR35), with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a robust civil engineering background, a degree in civil engineering, and extensive experience in earthworks. Proficiency in liaising with planners and experience with NEC Option C contracts are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee and manage earthworks projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines.
·Liaise effectively with planners, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
·Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
·Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
·Maintain detailed records of project activities, costs, and outcomes.
·Ensure all work adheres to NEC Option C contract requirements.

Qualifications:
·Valid CSCS card.
·SMSTS certification.
·Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
·Extensive experience in earthworks and civil engineering projects.
·Strong knowledge of NEC Option C contracts.
·Excellent communication and leadership skills.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
·Immediate availability for the contract duration.
