Job description

Are you a cost professional with experience working client or consultancy side on major infrastructure projects?

Do you have experience working on NEC contracts?

Salary: £50,000 to £70,000
Location: London (3 days per week in office)

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:
·Strong understanding and hands-on experience with NEC 3 contracts.
·Post-Contract Expertise: Proficient in post-contract activities, including contract administration, cost verification, and auditing.
·Ability to manage and optimise systems and processes effectively.
·Client Requirements Management: Skilled at understanding and adapting to individual client requirements, ensuring operations are fit for output.
·Experience with Network Rail, TFL, HS2 projects or other large public sector clients.
·RICS qualification, must be MRICS for senior consultants.
